Knipex ratchet action cable cutters are manufactured in Germany to exacting international standards using the latest technology and the finest materials.

Cutter head made from forged, oil-hardened, special grade, tool steel. Black lacquered finish
Precision ground and hardened cutting edges
One-hand operation with two-stage ratchet drive for easy cutting
Clean and smooth cut without crushing or deformation
Cuts copper and aluminium single conductors as well as multi-stranded cables (Not suitable for steel wire)
Easy handling due to low weight and compact construction - can be used in confined areas
Safety stop prevents the handles closing together to pinch the users fingers
Fixed handle with support area for placing the pliers on a flat surface - the user can then press down on the moving handle with both hands
Comfortable multi-component handles with slip guards
Cutting capacities shown are for copper and aluminium cables.
