Features include:
- Manufactured from special alloy steel.
- Heat treated for the correct balance of strength and hardness.
- Open end incorporates Anti-Slip Design (ASD). ASD includes a locking groove to help prevent the wrench from slipping off the fastener and an arched surface that spreads the turning force over a larger contact area.
- The 12-point ring end incorporates the TorquePlus wrenching system. This drive configuration grips the fastener flats (not the corners) allowing higher torques to be applied without damaging the fastener. Especially suitable for worn or stubborn nuts.
- Satin finish for corrosion protection and slip resistant grip.
- Conforms to ASME B107.100.
- Please note: Sizes 1/4 - 5/16" and 1 5/16 - 2 1/2" do not incorporate ASD.
